Judy
Bringing her skills into the real estate field, Judy supports the Property Management and Sales team at First National Maitland as a Property Management and Sales Admin Assistant with a broad range of administrative responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of daily workflows. With over a decade of combined experience across the legal, administrative, and real estate sectors, Judy is known for her meticulous attention to detail, composed approach to challenges, and commitment to quality client service.

Judy began her career as a Business Process Associate, where she developed strong foundations in data integrity and workflow accuracy while handling real estate rental documentation for clients. Her drive for precision and efficiency led her to customer support roles and eventually to the legal field, where she spent over five years as a Legal Transcriptionist and Quality Control Officer. In that role, she transcribed complex legal hearings, reviewed court documents, and ensured high standards of confidentiality and accuracy, skills she now brings to her role in our property management and sales arms . In addition to her administrative experience, Judy has real estate photography experience as a Delivery and Quality Virtual Assistant in a US-based real estate media company, performing basic edits and visual checks using Lightroom and Photoshop to ensure properties are presented with consistency and professionalism. She also has experience as a transcriber for Australian personal injury lawyers.

Outside of work, Judy is a passionate photographer who has received local recognition for her work. In her spare time, she enjoys music and cherishes quality time with her family and her American Bully, Susie.
